I am a firm believer that we all have the power within us to live more positive, more meaningful lives. I use a holistic, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to work collaboratively with you to help you tap into your creativity and potential, to work through problems, and to establish and work toward your goals and dreams.

 

I will work with you to help improve your mood and overall well-being, improve relationships, improve communication, work through problems, reduce stress, balance work and life, reduce anxiety and depression, and work through grief and loss toward healing and peace. I also work with caregivers as well as adults and seniors facing chronic or terminal illness. 

 

I have over 20 years of experience in helping people in various stages of their lives to identify their own strengths, passions, and curiosities, and to work toward finding hope and joy, even in the most difficult and trying times. My clients tell me they appreciate my kindness and compassion and that I am a good listener.
